About Integrity

Integrity Investment Management is a leading investment management firm that was founded in May 2007. The firm invests in listed securities, using its Sustainable Valuation Investment Process to identify securities offering superior returns. The tax efficient investment process has been successfully implemented over more than 20 years, delivering returns well above the benchmark over that period and each full investment cycle. The firm operated the Integrity Australian Share Fund for retail clients from 2007 – 2017. Over a highly successful decade the fund exceeded its S&P ASX 300 benchmark by +2.1% per annum (before fees) and the firm took out numerous industry awards, including Fund Manager of the Year on two separate occasions.

Portfolio Manager

Paul Fiani is the Managing Director of Integrity Investment Management with overall responsibility for the firm. He founded Integrity in 2007 and the firm quickly established itself, taking out both the 2009 & 2010 Money Management | Lonsec Fund Manager of the Year for Australian Equities (Broad Cap) as well as several other awards. Paul served as the PM for the Integrity Australian Share Fund from its 2007 to 2017, during which time the strategy exceeded the S&P ASX 300 benchmark by +2.1% per annum, maintaining strongly positive since inception performance over the entire decade with significant taxation advantages on top. Paul founded Integrity after more than 10 years with UBS Asset Management, where for the majority of that time, he held the position Managing Director and Head of Australian Equities with overall responsibility for the Australian Equities business and portfolios. During this period the firm delivered strong returns for client portfolios and became one of the most widely used Australian share funds in Australia, taking out numerous Fund Manager of the Year awards and growing externally sourced Funds Under Management by $12 billion. Paul has a Bachelor of Economics from Sydney University, an MBA from the AGSM and a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance from FINSIA.
